"Jen Lee is a pioneer. She answers a call to search more deeply, to resolve questions with truth and integrity. And--lucky for us all--she shares what she learns from her journey through teaching and storytelling so that we can gain more clarity around what is calling us and how to explore that unknown terrain with confidence and courage."

"Here's the magic about Jen Lee: No matter how deeply I think I've gone into a topic, Jen can always take me deeper. Just when I think I have something figured out, she asks a question or offers a thought that gives me a new perspective and shows me what I was missing. I live a richer creative life because of her wisdom."  --Jenna McGuiggan, The Word Cellar

Integrate: A Voice and Story Retreat in NYC

Sometimes we feel like a mass of contradictions, or a swirl of inner battles.

We think that recovering our voice will mean we can finally speak up or speak out, or move our pen across a page.  And these things are all true, but they're not the whole story.

Your voice--and your story--are also keys to unlock the parts of yourself you've labelled "no access".

There's a way to stand in the middle with arms outstretched to either side, a way to close the chasm between

your body and mind

your intuition and reason

your courage and your fear.

There's a way to pull all your parts into a strong unison.

Come. We'll begin together.

April 10-13, 2010

Registration opens Monday, January 25, 2010.

This sounds like such an amazing opportunity. *sigh* One more reason it kinda sucks to be currently unemployed and on the other coast. I shall watch with envy from afar ;)

This sounds wonderful, I work for an accountant and I could never take off that weekend before April 15th. Are you going to be doing any other retreats?

Karen,

I'll be teaching at Squam Art Workshops in June, September and October (http://www.squamartworkshops.com), but this is the last of my voice and story retreats I have planned here in Brooklyn this year.

I hope you can join me at Squam, or maybe here in Brooklyn next January or February, if I do an event like this again then.

Jen, this is definitely going on my wish list ... sounds absolutely amazing! I always have the travel bug in April and, believe it or not, have never been to NYC. My fingers are crossed!
