I understand that it can be exhausting being introspective, I am very much wired that way myself. I can't stop trying to figure things out, learn ask questions.. For me journaling is my saving grace otherwise I think I would go nuts! For me it's about knowing when to be gentle and step back or into what I am feeling and asking and when to give myself a kick in the rear!

I clean, too, as a way to get back into my routine : ) What I need to do more, though, is rest. I've been practicing that lately (and looking forward to more during the Dream Lab!).
The questions that we live with... that are our companions... I think sometimes the questions get answered but then stick around because the answer is different later on. And it seems to me like the questions themselves shift a bit over time as well. One of the big questions I have been carrying with me for years is what am I supposed to do with all these stories I catch? An answer has been becoming a bit clearer lately but I also like just having the question because it helps me stay present.
