What to do When You are Wordless

Be awake in your body. How does your skin feel? How does your food taste?

Rest. Lay on the couch. Sleep.

Sink into love. Hold your dear ones close. Feel the joy of being together without having to say a thing.

Watch and listen. See and hear all that you miss when your mind is cluttered and noisy.

Make something. Apple pie or hand-knit socks or a funny little character out of a cereal box.

Be grateful. These are the times that sustain you, so you can keep hearing the words and releasing them on some other day.
