Integrate in The Rockies: November 2010
If you're on a journey developing your creative self, come find the parts you've been missing.
If you're a photographer, bring your camera.
If you're a painter, bring your paints.
If you're a writer, bring your notebook.
But most of all, bring yourself. Open arms will be provided.
The Details:
This three day, three night retreat for women by Jen Lee and Phyllis Mathis is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. We'll cozy into a beautiful vacation home in Colorado on Lake Dillon (about an hour and a half from Denver International Airport). During our rest and relaxation time, you can explore hiking trails next door, walk to Frisco's gas lamp mining town main street, or take a ten-minute ride to Breckenridge.
There will be over 12 hours of storytelling, instruction and exercises to integrate the parts of yourself that have been eluding you. We'll introduce two new Integration Labs, focusing on movement and ritual.
Rooms are shared with shared beds (unless special arrangements are made). Roommate requests will be accommodated as space allows. Two spots are available in the Splurge Suite, which features a king-size bed and a large master bath with an oversized jetted tub. All other rooms feature queen beds. All meals will be provided by our on-site chef, Caren Gazley, except for one, which will be eaten out in a nearby restaurant and paid for individually.
Registration includes a welcome gift, three nights lodging, more than 12 hours of storytelling, instruction and exercises, all meals except one, a Movement Lab and a Ritual Lab. This will be an intimate gathering with a limited number of spots, so don't delay.

About Us
Jen Lee loves good stories, old-fashioned mail, and friends who promise to be with you until you're old. Jen is a performer in New York City's storytelling scene, including The Moth Mainstage. She is also the author of Take Me With You: A Journal for the Journey, Fortunes, and Solstice: Stories of Light in the Dark.
Phyllis Mathis appreciates the virtues of being deliciously wicked and serenely joyful. Her presence grants permission for all the best parts of you to come out--even the parts you thought best remained hidden. She has extensive training in psychology and spirituality and is a certified ontological coach, but none of that is as transformative as her laughter or the way she channels Aretha Franklin's soul.

Caren Gazley has been feeding Jen's and Phyllis' bodies and souls for ten years. She is known in international communities for her ability to make people feel at home, wherever they are in the world. Her meals are prepared with the kind of love that you can taste as it goes into your body and makes you somehow, somewhere more whole.
